Prior to participating with or trying out for any Wallace-Rose Hill High School athletic team, athletes MUST provide the Athletic Department with current address, emergency contact, athletic insurance ($10.00 due before student-athlete can participate). Below is information and the required forms, including instructions on how to complete the required online forms.
